Mayberry Acres is a family-owned farm based in Middlebury, Indiana, selling premium Wagyu beef through bulk beef shares and bundles. All references to "we," "us," or "our" refer to Mayberry Acres.

We make every effort to describe our Wagyu beef shares, bundles, pricing, and availability accurately. Estimated weights and totals are based on typical hanging weights and may vary depending on the final processed animal. Final pricing is calculated on final hanging weight at the time of processing.
When you reserve a quarter, half, or whole Wagyu beef share, a down payment is required at checkout. This deposit:

All Mayberry Acres beef orders are picked up at Byron Center Meats, 8375 Freeland Ave SW, Byron Center, MI 49315. We will notify you when your beef is ready so you can schedule pickup during Byron Center Meats' regular business hours.
If you cannot pick up on time, please contact us as soon as possible. Extended storage fees or other charges may apply for orders that remain uncollected.
All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices, product availability, and deposit amounts may change without notice. Payment for deposits is processed through third-party payment providers on our shop.
We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, product unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel a paid order from our side, any amount paid will be refunded.
All content on our website, including text, photographs, logos, graphics, and branding, is the property of Mayberry Acres or our licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
