When you reserve a quarter, half, or whole Wagyu beef share at shop.mayberryacres.org, a down payment is required at checkout. This deposit secures a specific animal from our herd and holds your spot on the upcoming harvest schedule. Your deposit is applied to your final order balance.
If you choose to cancel your order after placing it, your down payment is non-refundable. Because your deposit reserves a specific animal and processing slot that can't easily be resold, we're unable to return the deposit once the reservation is made.
Customers are responsible for picking up their beef at Byron Center Meats in Byron Center, Michigan. Once your beef has been processed to your specifications, we'll notify you so you can schedule pickup during Byron Center Meats' regular business hours. The remaining balance is calculated on final hanging weight and is due at pickup.

All Mayberry Acres beef orders are picked up at Byron Center Meats, located at 8375 Freeland Ave SW, Byron Center, MI 49315. We will notify you by phone or email once your beef is ready so you can schedule pickup during their regular business hours.
